Open Door Education, a test preparation organization in Acton MA, is offering free practice SAT and ACT exams at Goodnow Library. These practice exams give students the chance to experience the format and timing of the SAT or ACT in a supportive, low-stakes environment. Students may choose to take both tests or come for a single session. Test takers will receive detailed reports of their scores following the exam and will get more comfortable with the nature of standardized testing. Students taking this ACT practice test should plan to bring a fully-charged laptop and a charger. If a student does not have a laptop, one will be provided. This test will be administered with standard time. If your student receives extended time accommodations, please contact Travis Minor (travis@opendoor.education) for opportunities for other testing options. This program is for students in grades 10-12.
