The Sudbury Health Department will hold a Walk-In Flu Clinic for Sudbury residents aged 7 years and older. There will also be a limited number of Covid vaccines available on a first come, first served basis.
Instructions
1. Please wear a short sleeved shirt
2. Bring a Government Issue ID 3. Bring Insurance cards. If you are not the Primary card holder, Please have the Primary’s DOB and Insurance Card information. 4. If you are over 65 and would not like to the High Dose Vaccine Let your Vaccinator Know your preference 5. If you are feeling sick, please stay home and call the Health office to reschedule your appointment
