Come ring in the NOON year at this party for children! We will have snacks, crafts, and music! It may be a little loud, but feel free to dip in and out. Children of all ages welcome, but it will be geared towards children 2-8 years old. Note: the library closes at noon, before the party ends, so be sure to check out books and grab your belongings from other parts of the building before noon.
