Come hang out in the Grove Hall Teen Area and cook-up delicious tacos with help from Stop & Shop nutritionist Christine Sinclair! Teens will cook together and learn about healthy components of tacos, salsa and dips all while enjoying time with friends and learning basic cooking skills. Christine Sinclair , MA, MS, RD, LDN leads health and wellness programs and initiatives for Stop & Shop in the Grove Hall and Boston areas. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, she is an advocate for cultural integration and community nutrition and has a passion for addressing chronic conditions through a food as medicine approach. She enjoys offering cooking demonstrations, developing and delivering nutrition programs, and partnering with customers on creating a plan for healthful eating for life all while encouraging them to reach other life goals through a healthy lifestyle lens. She loves entertaining friends, cooking with her family, and finding more ways to share laughs and have more gratitude moments. Presented in partnership with Stop and Shop Nutrition Partners
