Musicians from Emmanuel Music entertain library visitors with a live performance of the works of J. S. Bach. Emmanuel Music partners with neighborhood branches of the Boston Public Library to create regular and accessible opportunities to experience live musicianship. Breathe with Bach aims to support the wellbeing of Boston’s community, especially those who need the respite, enjoy the feeling of connection, or are otherwise unable to access live music. We invite you to experience an hour of live music as you choose: Watch and listen like a concert. Stop by for a few minutes in passing. Treat it like a soundtrack while you work, read, or relax. We encourage you to chat with the musicians. We love getting to know you!
