In nature, everything is connected. Join us this month in exploring the who-eats-who of our natural world. Learn about how plants transform the power of the sun, how energy is transferred through different species, and the often-ignored cleanup crew that protects the world from rot and disease. Although this program is geared towards homeschoolers grades K-4, all visitors are welcome to attend these programs. *Note: The same program is offered twice a week, on Monday morning and Wednesday morning. Mondays, 11AM-12PM 9/14 : Producers 9/21 : Consumers 9/28 : Scavengers and Decomposers Wednesdays, 11AM-12PM 9/16 : Producers 9/23 : Consumers 9/30 : Scavengers and Decomposers Be sure to wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Hikes and other outdoor activities should be anticipated for any of these programs. In case in inclement weather, please check this page prior to coming to the park.
