Have you explored Virginia's newest state park and visited the Eagle's Rest Overlook? Join a park ranger and hike along Eagle's Rest Trail. Learn about the park, check out the local flora and fauna and take pictures of the scenic river and mountains. Eagle's Rest is a 1.2 mile, moderate trail with some uneven terrain and a steep incline to the overlook. Be sure to wear sturdy shoes, dress for the weather and bring water to drink.
