Join us to focus on the present moment, observe your thoughts and feelings without judgment, and enhance your awareness of the mind-body connection. Meet at the visitor center for a relaxing, stress-less morning. If the weather is nice, we will be outdoors. Bring a towel or a mat if you would like to sit on the floor. We will also have chairs available. Reservations are required. Please call the visitor center to reserve your spot at 703-339-2385. Participants should be at least 12 years old and be able to follow the guided mindfulness steps.
