Grades 5 - 8 (Ages 10 - 14) Four Session Series, Wednesdays in October | 12:30 - 2:30 PM Explore the powerful connection between creativity and innovation in this advanced art and STEM experience. Students will take a deeper look at the work of influential artists including Alexander Calder, George Seurat, Frank Lloyd Wright, and M.C. Escher while investigating the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics behind their creations. Through experiments, design challenges, and real-world applications, students will explore topics such as force and motion, light and color, architecture, and mathematical design while developing their own creative solutions.
