The Art of STEM Grades K - 2 (Ages 5 - 8) Four Session Series, Wednesdays in October | 9:30 - 11:30 AM What happens when creativity meets science? In this hands-on exploration of art and STEM, young learners will discover the connections between famous artists and scientific concepts. Students will explore the work of artists like Alexander Calder, George Seurat, Frank Lloyd Wright, and M.C. Escher while experimenting with force and motion, color and light, architecture, and patterns. Through simple experiments, creative challenges, and hands-on projects, students will build curiosity, problem-solving skills, and confidence as they discover that art and science are connected in surprising ways.
