We’re inviting local artists, students, and artist groups to participate in this year’s spooky street painting extravaganza during Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance’s Skeleton Festival! Located at the Pendleton Community Bank parking lot, this FREE event welcomes all to enjoy a day of Halloween- and Día de los Muertos-themed art and creativity.
