Raymond R. "Andy" Guest, Jr. Shenandoah River State Park — 350 Daughter Of Stars Dr., Bentonville, VA
North America has one native tropical-tasting fruit - the pawpaw! Join us for a guided hike as we search for these one-of-a-kind fruits. During the hike, we will discuss the natural history of the pawpaw and the animals that rave over the delectable fruit. We'll meet at the Discovery Center, then hike the Cottonwood Trail. The Cottonwood Trail is a natural surface hiking trail with exposed rocks and roots and a raised wooden boardwalk. The hike will be 1.5 miles long.
