Take home a feast for fall migrating birds and learn how to make a simple birdfeeder to help our birds through the winter. We will use pinecones covered with shortening to hold birdseed. When you get home, you can hang the feeder from a tree, your porch, or window. This quick, hands-on method is fun and satisfying for us humans and might be a much-needed meal for our feathered friends. Rangers will explain how to select pinecones and hanging locations at home. We will also discuss the different species you might find depending on the season. FAQ Rules and regulations Pet policy Dont move firewood Feature articles Public Safety and Law Enforcement
