Interested in running or learning more about Cross Country? This FREE program is open to students in Grades 6–8. Join the Woburn High School Cross Country team and coaches for an introduction to the sport. Participants will practice alongside the high school team on Mondays and Wednesdays, giving middle school students the opportunity to experience a team practice, learn from the high school coaches and runners, build endurance, and get a feel for what Cross Country is all about. This is a great opportunity for boys and girls who may be interested in running now or in the future. No previous running or Cross Country experience is necessary.
