The aim of this program is to provide the basic tools necessary to compete in youth wrestling through physical drills and discipline. The coaching staff provides a nurturing environment and mentoring through positive leadership, both on and off the mat. While there is definitely a team aspect to the sport, there are also individual barriers and obstacles that our wrestlers are encouraged to face head-on and overcome, including any obstacle life may bring, to reach heights that were never imaginable! 2 practices per week (Tuesday & Thursday, 6-8pm) warm up apparel included Youth Wrestling (Grades 1-2)
