We meet weekly at different locations around town—parks, trails, neighborhoods, and hidden gems—for relaxed, social walks that are perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you're walking for wellness, friendship, or fresh air, there's a place for you here. Bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and your curiosity. Every walk is a new adventure! We will meet up at the beginning of the trail each month. This session we will be walking at Pond Meadow Park ! This a 1.7 mile loop trail around the pond. We'll meet at the Weymouth entrance.
