We meet weekly at different locations around town—parks, trails, neighborhoods, and hidden gems—for relaxed, social walks that are perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you're walking for wellness, friendship, or fresh air, there's a place for you here. Bring comfortable shoes, a water bottle, and your curiosity. Every walk is a new adventure! We will meet up at the beginning of the trail each month. This session we will be walking at Bare Cove Park: River & Ridge Walk ! This a 1.3 mile trail that starts on the Beal St entrance by Lynch Field. For more information check out the link. Registration is requested.
