Impact Sprints Academy with DJ Brock - 2026
Westford Sessions
Get yourself ready for track season. Impact Sprints Academy is a program geared towards Middle School and High School athletes looking to improve in the 55m-400m. Experience ten weeks of structured programming that has helped athletes realize their potential as elite sprinters, and has produced multiple state champions.
Expect the following
* Block Start Work. * Specific Endurance Training for Races from the 55-400. * Increased Overall Speed. * Improved Mechanics. * Weight Training program with "How-To" videos. * Competitive and fun environment that gets participants excited about the upcoming season. Get faster in 10 weeks – walk into Winter 2026-27 prepared to run your best!
