Together, we’ll discuss how this transformative technology may influence education, employment, income distribution, and civic engagement. The goal is to make sense of AI’s big economic implications in clear, accessible terms—helping us all think more deeply about the choices we face as workers, consumers, and citizens in an increasingly intelligent world. Prashant Shukla is a tech economist working in the intersection of artificial intelligence and business strategy. He draws upon managerial and economic theory to understand how emerging technologies shape business performance and everyday life.
