Outside Front Doors — 300 Chandler St., Tewksbury, MA
Kory Stamper cracks open the complex, obsessive world of lexicography, from the agonizing decisions about what and how to define, to the knotty questions of usage in an ever-changing language. She explains how our biases about language and pronunciation can have tremendous social influence. New members are always welcome! Copies of the book are available at the Front Desk one month prior to meeting. We will be meeting in person, in the meeting room on the first floor of the library. Please email Jeanne at jswartz@tewksburypl.org with any questions.
