Calling all children, tweens, and teens (ages 6+): Reserve your spot to read with a miniature pony today! That's right, Mobile Whinnies will be trotting to Goodnow Library and we can't wait! Bring your favorite book or borrow a new story from Goodnow Library. The ponies love stories and provide a welcoming, fun, and relaxed atmosphere to encourage reading! Participants can register for 10 minute time slots and then will be able to pet the pony at the end of their reading session. Please check in 5 minutes before your appointment. *Please wear close-toed shoes (ex. No sandals). Participants should sign this consent form prior to their slotted registration time. Lastly, this outdoor event is weather dependent, and in the event of cancellation all registered attendees will be contacted via email. Mobile Whinnies is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) in math and reading. They travel for FREE to schools and libraries. Made possible by Mobile Whinnies sponsor: Frank DiBella Deluxe Horse Vans.
