Join us as we welcome the miniature horses of Mobile Whinnies! At this Meet and Greet event, participants will learn facts about miniature horses, and everyone will get a chance to pet one of the ponies. Guests will meet the horses in small groups, based on the order of arrival. While you wait for your turn, stop by our outdoor craft table to create a mini-horse-inspired craft! *Please wear close-toed shoes (ex. No sandals). All participants need to have a signed consent form to attend. Lastly, this outdoor event is weather dependent, and in the event of cancellation we will update via the Goodnow Library Facebook and Instagram pages. Mobile Whinnies is a 501c3 nonprofit that provides Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) in math and reading. We travel for FREE to schools and libraries. Made possible by Mobile Whinnies sponsor: Frank DiBella Deluxe Horse Vans.
