GOURMET ON A BUDGET CANCELED 9/24 Description: Join Season 4 & Season 12 Masterchef contestant Malcolm Green for a cooking experience unlike any other! Each class we will provide you with the tools and ingredients to follow along with Malcolm and create your own culinary masterpiece. From prep, to cooking, to plating, Malcolm will teach you all the tricks of the trade. Don't wait to sign up, limited spots available! Please notify the Recreation Dept. of any allergies before the program starts. Participants pay by the spot, you may share a spot with 1 other person. 9/24 - Shrimp Ceviche Instructor: Malcolm Please note: Pre-registration required. Refunds or credits will not be issued within 24 business hours of the program start time, and programs will not be pro-rated for missed classes. Participants may be eligible for a refund or account credit on a case by case basis prior to the first day of a program. Any approved cancellations resulting in a refund will incur a 5% cancellation fee, unless the cancellation of the program is initiated by the Recreation Department.
