Whether you’re new to yoga or are looking to get back into it, come join us for a slow flow designed to meet you just as you are. Through breath and gentle movement, participants will learn how to build strength, maintain balance and increase flexibility without strain. Students will be encouraged to move at their own pace, and to develop a greater awareness of their body’s individual needs. Modifications will be always be available. Loula Tiberi is a 200-hour trained yoga teacher with a background in psychology and social work and additional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
