Children in grades k-4 are invited to the library for the Explorers’ Club’s newest STEAM challenge. Participants will turn whipping cream into butter simply by shaking it up. Participants will explore and discuss the process as they sample whipped cream (on mini brownies), buttermilk, and finally butter (on mini muffins). Program funded in memory of Carol Ann Hoffman. This program is being offered for children only; caregivers will not be admitted into the program.
