Join us for this teen-led self-defense seminar for children and teens! I. C.A.N. stands for independence, confidence, assertiveness, and the necessity to say no. It is designed to teach kids how to get help in a bullying situation so they feel safer at school. I. C.A.N. seminars combine safety information with interactive activities so that kids and parents alike can remember what we teach! Run by Prisha and Shrihan. For ages 7-12, registration is required.
