Join chess coach and library assistant Michael for an hour of chess fun in this new weekly program. Coach Michael has been teaching kids chess for 5 years and is a tournament player with a USCF rating. You can expect puzzles, lessons, pin-centives, occasional crafts, and of course, lots of chess! Whether you're brand new to chess, play casually or even play in tournaments, there's something for you to learn and enjoy here. Registration is recommended. Walk-ins allowed if there is space.
