Discover the legends, mysteries, and unexplained happenings that have captured the Cape’s imagination! ABOUT THE PRESENTATION: Every state has its share of ghost stories, but Massachusetts is home to many a mysterious encounter, and Cape Cod is no exception! From haunted inns and strange creatures under the ocean, to alien abductions in North Truro, the region has plenty of creepy stories! Join us as we explore some of the weirdness the Cape has to offer! This event is open to anyone ages 13 and up. ABOUT THE PRESENTER : Sarah Hodge-Wetherbe's dad took her to her first Star Trek convention as a child, sealing her future as a card-carrying geek. By day, she is a librarian in Springfield, MA. In her secret Identity as Geekgal, she tours New England, lecturing on various aspects of geek culture. She's performed for all types of venues, from the Norman Rockwell Museum to Anime Boston.
