(EACH) at the Main Library for assistance with signing up for health insurance during the MA Health Connector Open Enrollment period: October 23, 2026 - January 23, 2027 Medicare Open Enrollment period: October 15 - December 7, 2026 Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period: January 1-March 31, 2027 Manet Certified Health Insurance Navigators can assist anyone under 65 needing support with MA Health Connector or MassHealth. EACH SHINE Counselors can support anyone needing assistance with Medicare (65+ years old or disabled adults). Individuals may also be eligible to enroll outside of these periods due to qualifying life events. Talk to a Navigator or Counselor to determine if you’re eligible.
