Children ages 0-2 and their caregivers are invited to join us for this special children's yoga class. Each session will include: gentle stretching to begin, a fun song, a story, yoga poses that connect to the characters for the story. Children will focus on the importance of deep breathing and end each session with a little Savasana! The instructor, Ann Marie Moore, has been working with children for over 30 years. She has been a preschool teacher, a para educator, a daycare provider, Weymouth CFCE Facilitator, and a children's yoga instructor. This program requires registration and requires an adult caregiver to be present. This program is funded by the Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) grant awarded to the Quincy Braintree Family Network by the Department of Early Education and Care. The Quincy Braintree Family Network is a program of Quincy Community Action Programs, Inc .
