Do you want to dress your Stuffie for Halloween? Then come to the West Branch Library where Children, ages 5 and up (and their caregivers) are invited to make costumes for their stuffies. There will be a variety of materials (paper, felt, fabric, tape and glue, etc.), all you need to bring is your Stuffie, and some ideas. This program is free and open to the public, however registration is required as space is limited.
