Join the Morrill Memorial Library for a rare evening concert and theatrical show unlike any you've ever seen. The creators of Shadow, Sound, and Spectacle will present Literary Monsters on Thursday, Oct 22 at 6:30pm in the library's Simoni Room. Welcome, all ye bookish and spooky folk to an engaging, immersive performance to delight the senses with cinematic effects. Literary Monsters is a multimedia production that reimagines the classic tales of Poe, Shelley, Irving, and Dickinson through a queer lens. The performance is designed for library audiences of adults and teens and includes an interactive behind-the-scenes Q&A where the artists demonstrate their puppet mechanics and creative process.
