Get ready to learn some new dance moves with Bailemos Dance Studio. They will be joining us for 3 Thursday evenings in October and November to introduce different kinds of dances and to teach some basic steps. The programs will be from 6-6:45pm for kids ages 6-10, and 7-7:45pm for tweens and teens ages 11-15. You can sign up for one, two, or all three programs. All classes are beginner-friendly, and no previous dance experience is required. This event is for tweens/teens ages 11-15. Registration is required. Thursday, October 29, 7-7:45pm – Storybook Ballet: Students will explore beginner ballet technique through expressive movement, musicality, and short combinations inspired by storytelling and character. Thursday, November 5, 7-7:45pm – Ballet Around the World: Students will explore ballet technique, musicality, movement quality, and short combinations while experiencing different musical styles and rhythms. Thursday, November 19, 7-7:45pm – Latin Dance Fiesta : Students will learn beginner Latin dance steps, rhythm, footwork, musicality, and a fun Cha Cha/Samba combination.
