Children's Activity Room — 94 State St., Newburyport, MA

Join the Newburyport Public Library for some creative fun with Maker Mondays. This month we invite you to enjoy the fun of building a snowman without the cold. Participants will create and personalize their own small snowmen using a plush sock, felt, and buttons. Come help us build some snowmen and enjoy the winter spirit! This month's craft uses the following skills:

• Needle Work
• Scissors
• Needlework (Blunt Yarn Needle)
• Hot Glue

Think you might need a little extra help? We now offer a tutorial table for those who are still learning the skills needed for this craft. Registration is required for this IN-PERSON event. Limited walk-in seats may be available. This program has been designed with adult participants in mind but teens who feel comfortable with the skills described are welcome to attend independently. Young teens and older children who can use the listed skills with some guidance are welcome to attend with an accompanying adult. Library staff are not responsible for supervising any minors attending this program beyond the scope of instruction provided to any adult attendee.
