Morse Institute Library Stitchers is a service oriented knitting and crocheting group that meets one Saturday a month working collaboratively to create handmade items for various nonprofit organizations as well as some “out of the box” projects. Some past projects include: -2014 Boston Marathon scarves -Festival of Trees at MassHort Society -Bookmarks for the Friends of the Library’s book sale -Knitted Knockers for the Vernon Cancer Center -Fingerless gloves for American soldiers -Tunnel of Love Natick The MIL Stitchers accept yarn donations of full-skein acrylic yarn.
