Experience a special pre-sunset experience featuring traditional drumming and song with the Eastern Medicine Singers, a drum circle group led by Daryl "Black Eagle" Jamieson, Vice Chairman of the Pocasset Wampanoag Tribe of the Pokanoket Nation. He will be joined by other Pocasset Wampanoag tribal members, plus members of the Narragansett Tribe and the Natick Praying Indian Tribe Massachusetts Nation. Audiences are welcome to listen and interact with the drummers in social dancing, while learning about the living traditions of the region’s first peoples. Hosted in partnership with the Medfield Historical Society and supported in part by a grant from the Medfield Cultural Council.
