Kids ages 6-9 can join Alyssa Goff (licensed therapist & dance/movement therapist) of Coastal Counseling Associates in Medway for a playful, movement-based session. Miss Alyssa will use dance, breathing games, and simple mindfulness activities to help participants build body awareness, self-regulation, and calm. Best for ages 6-9 (caregivers can wait outside the program room) Upstairs in the Children's Program Room Registration Required
