Join Stephanie Sladen, Licensed Clinical Social Worker from The Power of Speech, for an interest-based social group for kids ages 9-13. The topic for this month will be: Fall Fun! This hangout will focus on Fall, fun, and friendship. Come play Apples to Apples, join in some fall-themed activities, or create an autumn inspired fidget for back to school! Space is limited to 12 kids ages 9-13, and registration is required. Please register below. Caregivers are welcome to stay and support/observe or drop off and browse the library during their child's class. The monthly Hangout Hub is a chance to meet, play and hang out with others who share similar interests, developing friendship skills and giving kids opportunities to share something they love to do. Each class will offer accommodations that support all learning and interaction styles. This program is sponsored by The Power of Speech, a private practice in Marblehead which provides speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health talk therapy, and parent/teacher consultations.
