Join local children’s book author Windy Pham for a fun, interactive cultural workshop exploring the story of the 12 zodiac animals! Through bilingual storytelling, hands-on activities, and creative play, children will discover the animals of the Asian zodiac and learn about the traditions, stories, and cultural meanings behind them. Children will: -Enjoy an interactive bilingual storytime to explore the legendary story behind how the 12 animals were chosen -Play a matching game to learn about the zodiac animals -Create paper firecrackers to take home -Make your own lanterns -Taste Asian snacks Designed for children ages 3–8 and their families, this engaging program is a playful way for children to learn about Asian culture, language, storytelling, and traditions.
