Join 2 Mindful Girl s for a monthly Toddler Yoga series! Designed specifically for young children (ages 2-5), this program is filled with age-appropriate poses, engaging stories, songs, and creative activities that nurture their growing bodies and blossoming minds.

What to expect over the sessions

Fun & Interactive Yoga

Mindfulness Activities
