Join local author Dorothy Greco will discuss how misogyny—an ancient belief system that prioritizes and advantages men—has blocked women from fully flourishing in our country. In her latest book, For the Love of Women: Uprooting and Healing Misogyny in America, Greco explores how this deeply systemic issue has shaped six sectors of life: the workplace, healthcare, the government, entertainment and media, intimate relationships, and the church. She will share personal experiences and present compelling reasons why all of us need to help eliminate misogynistic beliefs and practices.
