On this guided morning walk, search for colorful migratory visitors like American Redstarts and Tennessee Warblers alongside autumn residents like Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers, Eastern Bluebirds, and Cedar Waxwings. Tune into flight calls overhead, watch the sky for soaring raptors, and deepen your appreciation for the incredible twice-yearly journeys that birds across the hemisphere participate in. Bring binoculars if you have them—loaners are available, just ask. This is a 1.5-mile walk with some uphill sections. Wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing and bring a water bottle. Restrooms are available at the visitor center.
