Menopause science is continuing to evolve - and so are the recommendations around how symptoms are evaluated and treated. Join Dr. Anila Jha for an update on what women should know now, including the latest guidance from The Menopause Society, newer and well-established treatment options, and when symptoms may be a sign that it’s time to seek care. We’ll discuss what to expect during perimenopause and menopause, how treatment approaches have changed, and the range of hormonal and non-hormonal options available today. The goal is to help women feel better informed about this stage of life and more confident knowing what questions to ask and when to talk with a healthcare provider. The presentation will be followed by time for audience Q&A. About our speaker: Dr. Anila Jha is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. After graduating from MIT, she attended medical school at George Washington University and completed her residency training at Mt. Sinai West in New York where she served as chief resident.
