This program is led by Charlie Crayton, a 6th-degree black belt with 30 years of experience. Class is a specialized group program designed to introduce children and adults with disabilities to the exciting world of martial arts. By blending techniques from various styles, such as Karate, Taekwondo, Jiu-Jitsu, and Boxing, the program offers a fun, engaging, and accessible experience that can be adapted to the needs of the group.
