This 10-week introductory Taekwondo program is designed for beginners and students of all experience levels. Participants attend one class per week in a positive, structured, and encouraging environment. Participants will receive a Taekwondo shirt and white belt. Traditional uniforms are optional and can be purchased from the center. Taekwondo is more than learning kicks and martial arts techniques. Through training, students can develop confidence,focus, discipline, respect, coordination, flexibility, physical fitness, and perseverance.
