Babies and their caregivers are invited to join us on Wednesday, October 28 at 11am. Our own balance mentally, emotionally, and physically can have a profound impact on a baby’s well-being. Babies are sensitive to their caregiver’s inner world. Come and learn how to balance and self-regulate with intention and deepen your connection to yourself and your baby. Suitable for pre-crawling babies - crawling babies only. Registration is required and begins 10/21. This program is supported by a grant from the Leominster Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the MA Cultural Council, a state agency, in conjunction with Project Apples, Leominster's CFCE and the Leominster Public Library.
