Monumental Ideas: A Hands-On Kids’ Workshop Join the Women’s Suffrage National Monument Foundation for a unique opportunity to inspire history! We are bringing a national brainstorm to our community—giving local kids a direct voice in inspiring the future Women's Suffrage National Monument on the National Mall. In this interactive session, kids will dive into the history of the suffrage movement, and share their own big ideas. Using markers, paper, and colorful art supplies, participants will sketch, draw, and write their vision for the first monument on the National Mall in Washington DC that has ever asked Americans for a national brainstorm. When: Saturday October 10 at 12pm Who: Future history-makers and young creators (ages 6–12) All art supplies are provided—just bring your imagination!
