Join us to chat about climate change! Each month will showcase a short presentation from a guest speaker and transition to a group discussion where participants can express concerns, ask questions, and learn how to contribute to solutions. This meeting will focus on some of the basics of climate change and on this summer’s climate change impacts. October's presentation spotlights Margie Lee. Margie’s background is in political science and public policy. She has been engaged in adult education and activism for many years. She and her husband teach 5 or 6 session courses on the science of climate change and how we can respond effectively to the challenges we are facing. They also lead monthly "Let’s Talk about Climate Change” programs in their town of Wayland, MA.
