Planning menus for upcoming holiday gatherings or potlucks? Participate in our cookbook tasting and recipe swap! Each guest will receive a “menu” to write down ideas and notes as you move through stations featuring a variety of cookbooks. Chat with fellow foodies as you flip through recipes and share suggestions. All books will be available for checkout at the end of the event. A recipe swap table will also be available to share personal favorites and beloved family recipes. Bring copies of your recipe to contribute, or email recipes to Adult Services Librarian, Jessica to have copies printed. Instructions for recipe submissions are below. Tea and light refreshments will be served. Join us for a cozy evening celebrating good food and great community! This program is for adults. Registration is required. Recipe Swap Submissions: Please paste your recipe into the body of the email, or save your recipe as a Word Doc or PDF and email it to Jessica at jfurtado@hwlibrary.org . Please submit recipes by Friday, November 13, 2026 to have them included in the swap. If you are unable to attend the event, but would still like to contribute a recipe, please do - the more, the merrier!
