You're invited to express yourselves through words AND art! Join Tia for a fun and relaxing Paint & Journal workshop. Participants will decorate their own journals, respond to simple journal prompts, and then create a guided painting together. This workshop is all about creativity, connection, and self-expression. No art or writing experience is needed, and all materials will be provided. At the end of the workshop, participants will take home their journal and finished painting!
